Watertown, Wisconsin Watertown celebrates the Grand Opening of the River Mills Senior Residences on Monday, Sept 12. The City of Watertown, Wisconsin is pleased to announce a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for the exciting new River Mills redevelopment, located on the river and Watertown's River Walk. The Ribbon Cutting ceremony is to take place on the Riverfront Plaza. Festivities begin at 3:00 pm, with a program at 3:30 pm. The Mayor and other prominent stakeholders will be speaking. Guests are invited to tour the new residences and enjoy refreshments after the program in the Common Room at River Mills.
