    Della Moen, Community Member
    Della has been associated with the Stephenson Soil and Water Conservation District for 25 years. She has studied freshwater supplies and other environmental issues as a hobby. For 15 years she has written a weekly article on a variety of conservation issues for the Freeport Journal Standard daily newspaper and the weekly Northwestern Illinois Farmer. Her articles are distributed around the state to all the NRCS Field Offices and are shown as press releases on the website of the Association of Illinois Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
