Village of Cross Plains Black Earth Creek Greenway Project

The Village of Cross Plains is considering a variety of improvements to the Black Earth Creek Greenway (formerly referred to as the "Lagoon Street area)" through downtown. The project encompasses a variety of projects including street construction, stormwater management facilities, Creek restoration, and voluntary redevelopment.
