Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State and 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, toured the University of Northern Iowa’s Additive Manufacturing Center at the TechWorks Campus in Waterloo, Iowa, U.S., on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015. Waterloo City Council members voted 6-0 Monday to amend the original development agreement for TechWorks by raising the city’s general obligation bond award from $12.75 million to $20.75 million.
