All of our living places are designed to have a lasting sense of community and sustainable economic, geographic, and cultural relationships. As a result, no two places are the same. We strive to create pedestrian oriented communities, utilize the existing site characteristics, integrate diverse housing and neighborhood uses, integrate advanced storm water treatment techniques, and offer residents a wide range of open spaces, natural features, and neighborhood parks.
