VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES is working in many communities to develop plazas, parks, and pedestrian routes that artfully meander through downtown districts along levees, embankments, and seawall-edged urban spaces. Our waterfronts are designed to complement mixed-use housing, office, and retail uses, with amenities that are appropriate for a variety of users: boaters, walkers, festival and concert patrons, residents, and office workers. About to be constructed, the riverwalk in Watertown, Wisconsin, was designed in concert with key downtown mixed-use redevelopment sites. |
