Great Lakes Cities & Urban Renewal Focus

We are helping renew the Midwest’s urban and coastal places

Great Lakes cities such as Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Cudahy, Manitowoc, Racine, Sturgeon Bay, Port Washington, and Sheboygan have a bright new outlook on the horizon. Our Milwaukee office is helping identify and advance transformational projects and economic development initiatives that are taking shape all along the freshwater coast. We help these partners and places plan for growth and a sustainable future by shaping healthy places to live, work, shop, and recreate.

This Milwaukee-based team works in communities all around the region
